Warranty and return of non-conforming items
- Pursuant to the Law of Obligations Act (VÕS, Chapter 11, Paragraph 218(2)), the customer is entitled to lodge claims within two years of receipt of the goods, of which, if the defect appears within the first six months, it is presumed that it was present at the moment of purchase, and the seller has the obligation of determining the nature of the defect.
- If the defect is of a technological nature, the customer may ask to repair the item and, if repair is impossible or ineffective, to replace the product. If the product can be repaired, the customer shall not be able to request replacement as this would cause unreasonable costs to the seller.
- The customer can only request a refund if replacement is not possible within a reasonable time due to the lack of a suitable item (Chapter 11, Paragraph 222(1) of the VÕS).
- If a defect occurs, the customer shall undertake to inform OÜ Jahipaun of the problem by sending an e-mail to info@jahipaun.ee, describing how and when the defect was discovered, and if possible, including photos of the defect.

If for any reason the item purchased from the online store does not suit or meet your expectations, you have the right to return it within 14 working days from receipt of the goods.

Purchased goods cannot be returned if the ordered product is made according to the buyer's personal needs or conditions specified by the buyer (e.g., personalized items: spinning rods, etc.).

To return a product, an application must be submitted to the e-mail address info@jahipaun.ee

The returned goods must be unused and in original packaging, including all items originally included in the set. An invoice must be attached to the returned goods.

The money for the returned goods will be transferred back to your bank account within 14 working days from the return of the goods (arrival at Jahipaun's warehouse).

The buyer covers the transportation costs associated with the return.

If the item to be returned does not match the order, the seller covers the return costs.

The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

if physical damage has been caused to the product or it has been improperly maintained

if the rules or conditions stated in the product manual have been violated, or if the product has been used improperly

if attempts have been made to repair the product oneself

if the product's serial number or product number is not readable

the warranty does not apply to devices and their parts that wear out naturally
The original invoice serves as the warranty certificate for goods purchased from Jahipaun's online store. We will send you the original invoice with the package. Please keep it!
